Customer Line Organization
At Chassis Brakes International, the customer is at the heart of our organization. Our Customer Line Organization is responsible for winning and executing the business. It drives the company through customer satisfaction. As Marketing and R&D are part of the Customer Line Organization, it offers a global approach for our global customers; we focus on their expectations and requirements independently from execution.
Our Regions – Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe and India – are essential in our organization as they lead our operational excellence.
They are our local interface for global customers, aligned to the strategy of the company. They ensure that the execution of engineering, design and operation lead to quality.
Regions and Plants are involved in the business acquisition as they participate in the quotation process. They work closely with our Customer Line Organization.
This organization strengthens our plants driving productivity program implementation as well as continuous improvement.
Central Functions define processes, rules and KPIs for the whole Group.
Their role has been reinforced in order to:
- Define and implement standard core processes and tools within the Group to ensure the same product quality level worldwide to our customers
- Define and lead the strategy
- Provide support to Customer Line Organization and Regions.
